本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、uesugiyuuto（以下「運営者」）が提供するPayCycle（Bundle ID: com.yuto1201.paycycle、以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 本アプリの目的

本アプリは、給料日から次の給料日前日までの収入見込み、支払い予定、見込み差額などを端末上で整理するための家計管理支援ツールです。銀行やカード会社とは接続せず、残高や取引を自動取得しません。本アプリの表示は金融助言、投資助言、税務または法律上の助言ではなく、実際の残高、請求額、支払い完了を保証しません。重要な判断は、金融機関や請求元の情報を利用者自身で確認して行ってください。

2. 利用許諾とApple標準EULA

App Storeから取得した本アプリの利用許諾には、独自EULAではなくApple標準EULAが適用されます。本規約は本アプリ固有の利用条件を補足するものであり、Apple標準EULAを置き換えません。利用許諾に関して両者が矛盾する場合はApple標準EULAが優先します。

3. 広告

無料利用時は、本アプリの主要画面にGoogle AdMobのバナー広告が表示される場合があります。同意状態、データの取り扱い、広告を表示する画面についてはPayCycleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。広告の取得失敗や非表示は、本アプリの主要な家計管理機能を妨げません。

4. 広告非表示のアプリ内課金

広告非表示は、AppleのStoreKitを使用する非消費型アプリ内課金として提供します。価格と通貨は購入時にApp Storeへ表示される内容が適用されます。購入処理、購入の復元、対象となるApple Offer Codeの利用はAppleの仕組みを通じて行われます。返金の可否と手続きは、法令上の権利を妨げない範囲でAppleの規約と手続きに従います。本アプリは独自の決済情報やクレジットカード情報を収集しません。

5. データ、アカウントとバックアップ

本アプリはアカウントを作成せず、入力データを端末内に保存します。クラウド同期、エクスポート、バックアップ、端末間移行は提供しません。アプリの削除、端末の故障・紛失・交換などによりデータを利用できなくなる場合があります。詳しい取り扱いはPayCycleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

6. 禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  • 本アプリ、App Storeまたは第三者サービスの運営を妨害する行為
  • 不正アクセス、解析、改変その他、Apple標準EULAで認められない行為
  • 運営者または第三者の権利や利益を侵害する行為

7. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、uesugiyuutoまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約およびApple標準EULAで明示的に許可された範囲を超える権利は付与されません。

8. 提供内容の変更と終了

運営者は、法令上必要な場合を除き、合理的な理由により本アプリの機能、対応環境、広告または課金の提供内容を変更し、更新や配布を終了することがあります。端末、OS、App Storeまたは第三者サービスの変更により、一部または全部を利用できなくなる場合があります。

9. 免責と責任制限

運営者は、本アプリの正確性、完全性、特定目的への適合性、継続提供、データ消失がないことを保証しません。運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合、および消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限が認められない場合を除き、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を制限します。本条は利用者が法令上有する権利を排除するものではありません。

10. 未成年者

未成年者が本アプリを利用し、またはアプリ内課金を行う場合は、適用法令とApp Storeの条件に従い、保護者など法定代理人の同意を得てください。

11. 本規約の変更

運営者は、本アプリの機能変更、法令改正その他合理的な必要がある場合に本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は、本ページまたは本アプリ内の適切な方法で案内します。変更後の規約は、別途記載がない限り公開時から適用します。

12. 準拠法、管轄と言語

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関する紛争について、法令上別の管轄が強制される場合を除き、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。日本語版と英語版に解釈の相違がある場合は、日本語版を優先します。

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of PayCycle (Bundle ID: com.yuto1201.paycycle, the “App”), provided by uesugiyuuto (the “Provider”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is a personal budgeting aid that helps you organize expected income, scheduled bills and projected balances from one payday through the day before the next. It does not connect to banks or card issuers and does not retrieve balances or transactions automatically. Information shown by the App is not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice or legal advice and does not guarantee an actual balance, charge or completed payment. You remain responsible for confirming important information with the relevant financial institution or biller.

2. License and Apple Standard EULA

The Apple Standard EULA, rather than a custom EULA, applies to the license for the App obtained through the App Store. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA with App-specific conditions and do not replace it. If they conflict regarding the license, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

3. Advertising

The free version may display Google AdMob banner ads on the App’s main screens. See the PayCycle Privacy Policy for consent, data handling and ad placement details. A failure to load an ad, or the absence of an ad, does not prevent use of the App’s main budgeting features.

4. Non-consumable in-app purchase

Ad removal is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple StoreKit. The price and currency shown by the App Store at the time of purchase apply. Purchase processing, restoration and eligible Apple Offer Codes are handled through Apple’s systems. Subject to any rights that cannot be limited by law, refund eligibility and procedures follow Apple’s terms and processes. The App does not collect independent payment or credit card information.

5. Data, accounts and backups

The App does not create an account and stores the information you enter on your device. It does not provide cloud sync, export, backup or device-to-device transfer. Your data may become unavailable if you delete the App or if your device is lost, replaced or damaged. See the PayCycle Privacy Policy for details.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use the App in violation of applicable law or public policy;
  • interfere with the App, the App Store or a third-party service;
  • gain unauthorized access to, analyze or modify the App in a manner not permitted by the Apple Standard EULA; or
  • infringe the rights or legitimate interests of the Provider or any third party.

7. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to uesugiyuuto or the applicable rights holder. No rights are granted beyond those expressly permitted by these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

8. Changes and discontinuation

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the Provider may change the App’s features, supported environment, advertising or purchase offering, or discontinue updates or distribution for reasonable reasons. Changes to your device, operating system, the App Store or third-party services may make some or all of the App unavailable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Provider does not warrant that the App will be accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, continuously available or free from data loss. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use or inability to use the App is limited, except where caused by the Provider’s willful misconduct or gross negligence or where mandatory consumer law does not permit such a limitation. Nothing in this section excludes rights you have under applicable law.

10. Minors

If you are a minor, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the App or making an in-app purchase, as required by applicable law and the App Store’s terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Provider may update these Terms when reasonably necessary because of changes to the App or applicable law. Material changes will be announced on this page or through an appropriate notice in the App. Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms apply when published.

12. Governing law, jurisdiction and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless applicable law requires another forum, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to the App or these Terms. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version controls.
